5 trucks to visit during Sauce Food Truck Friday at Tower Grove Park this week - Sauce Magazine

The third Sauce Food Truck Friday of the season will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. at Tower Grove Park this Friday, June 23, and features the debut of Dynamic Dishes, which will be serving at the event for the first time. Here are some of the trucks that will be at the park this week:

Buzz’s Hawaiian Grill
Locally famous for its authentic Hawaiian dishes, Buzz’s will once again be serving up plates of chicken yakitori, teriyaki steak, kalua pork and ahi tuna poke. You can get a mixed plate of two proteins, or a larger plate of three proteins and a piece of grilled spam. Both are served with one scoop of Hawaiian mac salad and two scoops of white rice.

Dynamic Dishes
Dedicated to providing high-quality and home-cooked meals to the St. Louis community, Dynamic Dishes will be serving their signature wings and hand-breaded chicken tenders, along with loaded nachos and pulled pork for entrees. Greek pasta and chips and guacamole will also be provided as side dishes, with fresh fruit and whipped cream as a dessert option as well.

Scoops and More
Known for their smooth and dairy-free water ice, Scoops will be serving 23 flavors of their famous treat, including cotton candy, pineapple and blueberry-lemon to name a few. As for the “more,” vanilla, chocolate, and butter pecan ice cream will be available, as well as a plethora of other desserts, in particular banana pudding and s’mores gooey butter cake.

Street Chef
A Tex-Mex-style menu will be served at this truck, so expect street tacos, nachos and quesadillas to be served with fajita sirloin and chicken as protein. Chips with salsa, guacamole, and rice and beans will also be offered as sides.

Super Smokers BBQ
Touting themselves as “the Best Smelling BBQ Food Truck in St. Louis,” Super Smokers will be serving a Cajun and barbecue hybrid menu, featuring sliders, mac and cheese bowls, and po’boys. Customers can also get their Dirty Tots, featuring barbecue beans and melted Rotel cheese with pulled pork on top of tater tots.

In addition to the food trucks, there’s a great variety of beverages on offer, including frozen drinks from Narwhal’s Crafted, along with beer from Schlafly and 4 Hands Brewing Co., plus wine from Noboleis Vineyards. Additionally, The Trophy Mules will be performing live music.
