Hooters is known for many things. Its wings are...certainly one of those things. In case schlepping to your local Hooters has become too much for you, I'm here to tell you that the brand now sells its signature wing sauces in stores.
The sauces were spotted by Instagrammer @FoodieWithTheBeasts who spied them in their local Redners grocery store. The sauce comes in at least two varieties: medium and hot.
"Redners condiment aisle is back at it! Hooters sauce is now available for purchase! I've never been to Hooters to say their sauce was decent enough to bottle up and sell elsewhere. Thoughts?" they asked.
People came in clutch with the comments and apparently this isn't exactly a new thing, but that doesn't mean people were any less excited about it. It's wings sauce, hello? You can always, always have more. And apparently it's pretty good! So there you go.
I did a quick troll around the internet, as I tend to do, and found that these are not the only Hooters sauces out there and Redners is not the only place you can find them. You can also get them in Extra Hot (aka 3 Mile Island) and Honey Thai at places like Walmart and Netrition.
Turns out Hooters ALSO sells its wing breading at Walmart, which begs the question: Does Hooters want us to know all of its secrets? Now just tell me where to get a flattering pair of orange shorts and I'm sorry! I don't need them anymore!

People line up for Uncle Tetsu's, a jiggly cheesecake from JapanUncle Tetsu's was born in Japan in 1985 and became famous for selling jiggly cheesecakes with a happy little chef branded into the top. Its cheesecakes contain most of the same ingredients as a New York cheesecake — flour, eggs, cream cheese — but instead of a dense, creamy texture, Uncle Tetsu's cheesecakes are light, airy, and have a distinct jiggle. The New York storefront that opened in the summer of 2019 is the first time Uncle Tetsu has ventured into the US East Coast. Insider stopped by the bakery to see what the international hype is all about.INSIDER

Forget the cheesesteak — DiNic's roast pork is Philly's real signature sandwichTommy DiNic’s has been serving its famous roast pork sandwich in Reading Terminal Market since 1977. The sandwich comes with thin-sliced roast pork, sharp provolone, and broccoli rabe, and was named the “Best Sandwich in America” by Man v. Food in 2012. Insider’s Taryn Varricchio headed to DiNic’s to find out why. DiNic’s fourth-generation owners explain how they’ve perfected the roast pork sandwich and why local Philadelphians argue it compares (and even trumps) a classic Philly cheesesteak.INSIDER

Why Philadelphians love tomato pieTomato Pie is a beloved regional specialty in Philadelphia. The plate resembles pizza, though Philadelphians know it to be different. In the early 1900s, bread bakers would take leftover bread and top it with "gravy" (red sauce) and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese so as not to let any of the dough go to waste. The dish is ubiquitous in Philadelphia today, with many bakeries, like Sarcone’s Bakery in South Philly, serving the plate either hot from the oven or room temperature. Insider’s Taryn Varricchio heads to Sarcone’s to learn why Philadelphians treasure this regional specialty.INSIDER
