MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AFTER AN ASSAULT ON TRIANGLE LAKE ROAD. MORGAN KRISEMAN IS BEING HELD IN THE GUILFORD COUNTY JAIL. A TEACHER IN WILKES COUNTY IS SUSPENDED TONIGHT ACCUSED OF HAVING AN INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP WITH A STUDENT. HIGH POINT POLICE SAY. 33 YEAR-OLD ERIC MORRISON, JUNIOR OF HIGH POINT, LOST CONTROL OF HIS CAR ON I-74 SATURDAY NIGHT, CRASHED INTO A GUARDRAIL NEAR JOHNSON STREET AND DYING ON IMPACT AFTER BEING EJECTED FROM THE CAR AND INVESTIGATORS SAY HIS BODY WAS FOUND BY THE FAMILY’S PRIVATE SEARCH PARTY. AT THE BOTTOM OF THAT STEEP EMBANKMENT WHERE THE CRASH TOOK PLACE DAYS LATER ON WEDNESDAY. INVESTIGATORS SAY MINUTES BEFORE THAT CRASH, OFFICERS HAD RESPONDED TO A HIT AND RUN CRASH AT WENDOVER AVENUE AND PENNY ROAD INVOLVING MORRISON’S CAR, BUT HIS FAMILY SAYS HE HAD LAST BEEN SEEN LEAVING THE KICKBACK JACKS ON PENNY ROAD, AND THEY BELIEVE THERE’S MORE TO THEIR LOVED ONES DEATH AND WONDER WHY IT TOOK FOUR DAYS TO DISCOVER HIS BODY BY THAT CRASH SITE. AND WE HAVE ASKED HIGH POINT POLICE IF THEY BELIEVE ANY FOUL PLAY IS SUSPECTED HERE. AND ALSO ABOUT ANY SURVEILLANCE VIDEO THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE FROM KICKBACK.
