Throughout the series—which is broken into bite-sized, 10-minute episodes—Ayo & Teo travel to different cities across the United States, looking for the best dance squads in a variety of street styles. Those dancers then go head-to-head in the hopes of winning the $25,000 prize.
In total, eight teams battle it out on the show, many of which you're likely familiar with: Larray and Brezay, 3 Much, Catch 22, Unrestricted, 2 Real Boys, Iso & Ace, Lehrock, and Young Legendz—which features TikTok star Michael Le, aka Just Maiko.
It's fitting that "The Sauce" features a TikTok celeb: The show's fast format makes it feel like you're scrolling through 10 TikToks set to the same sound. You'll walk away wanting to try out all of the teams' app-friendly choreo. And because each episode is so quick, it's easy to rewatch as many times as you need to nail the moves for your own TikTok videos.
