The Heinz Remix digital sauce dispenser can offer up to 200 possible sauce combinations allowing customers to achieve their own favorite creations.
Ketchup with jalapeño? You got it. Ranch and mango? Yep, that’s possible, too. How about Heinz 57 sauce with buffalo? Yum.
The dispenser is free standing and touchscreen operated. After choosing a base flavor - Heinz Ketchup, Heinz 57 sauce, ranch or barbecue sauce - customers can add enhancers that can include jalapeño, smoky chipotle, buffalo or mango - to make each person’s unique sauce combination. The enhancers can be added with a preferred intensity level - low to high.
The Kraft Heinz Company said the dispenser was developed in “record speed” - 6 months from idea to product.

With Heinz Remix, it’s more than a sauce dispenser; it’s an insights engine and business model enabler that will help Kraft Heinz understand and respond to consumer trends and flavor preferences in real-time.
Who knows – maybe our next new sauce combination will come from a superfan using Heinz Remix,” said Alan Kleinerman, vice president of disruption at Kraft Heinz.
The Heinz Remix will debut at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, May 20-23, then will be piloted to restaurant operators in late 2023 to early 2024.
The company said, “The goal is for consumers to eventually see Heinz Remix popping up at movie theaters, baseball stadiums, restaurants and more.”
