Have you ever wanted to create your dream sauce combo?
Heinz has announced the launch of a brand-new machine that'll allow sauce-lovers to create their own bespoke condiments. The Heinz REMIX machine is an all-new digital sauce machine that can serve over 200 sauce combos. The flavour possibilities are pretty much endless!
Heinz is planning on launching the machine at the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show across the pond in the US, and they're hoping the machines will be in restaurants by the end of 2023 (but have yet to confirm whether that'll include the UK).

Got a craving for mayo with a little mustardy kick? The machine can do it. Want ketchup but in the mood for some heat? The machine can do it. Want to try something entirely wacky and new? The machine can do it.
When using the machine, you'll be able to choose from a base sauce like ketchup, ranch or BBQ Sauce and personalise it with one or more “enhancers” like jalapeño, chipotle, buffalo, and mango at a low, medium or high intensity level.
While Heinz is truly doing the work of the people and giving condiment-lovers the opportunity to make their dream dipping sauce, they also say the machine will help them come up with new flavour combos to sell as ready-made sauces.
“With Heinz Remix, it’s more than a sauce dispenser; it’s an insights engine and business model enabler that will help Kraft Heinz understand and respond to consumer trends and flavour preferences in real-time,” said Alan Kleinerman, Vice President of Disruption at Kraft Heinz. “Who knows – maybe our next new sauce combination will come from a super fan using Heinz Remix!”
