AVON LAKE, Ohio

Disorderly conduct: Lake Road

On Oct. 17, police were dispatched to Dogg House Bar & Grill regarding an unwanted guest. An employee reported that a man was refusing to leave.

Police spoke to the suspect, who refused to identify himself. He was detained, cited for disorderly conduct-intoxicated and possession of marijuana, then transported to his residence in Avon.

Disturbance: Fay Avenue

On Oct. 11, police were dispatched regarding two men fighting. Both were issued a summons for disturbing the peace and notified of their mandatory court date in Avon Lake Municipal Court.

Property damage: Lear Road

A juvenile admitted to his mother that he had damaged a bathroom at Bleser Park and wanted to turn himself in on Oct. 8.

Theft: Parkside Drive

On Oct. 7, a resident reported a ring stolen.

Under the influence: Lake Road

On Oct. 13, police were dispatched for a crash. Police said the at-fault party was likely under the influence of a substance and arrested him.

Traffic violation: Miller Road

On Oct. 18, police observed a car traveling east at night without illuminated taillights. The driver was stopped and cited for not having a valid license.
