GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A judge is publicly reprimanded for his behavior in court nine months ago.
In an agreed order ( judge robert conley public reprimandconley ) issued Wednesday, the state’s Judicial Conduct Commission said 20th District Circuit Judge Robert B. Conley was remorseful and apologetic in addressing the complaint filed against him for his behavior on Jan. 2, 2020.

The 20th District covers Greenup and Lewis counties.
In his response, the judge said fatigue related to the flu was partially responsible for his behavior in which he mistreated two different men in cases before him.
