The DGC has a pop-up coming to our store on Saturday, December 3 from 9:30 am to 1 pm with Bootsie’s Sauce Co. It’s also our Owner-Member Discount Weekend, when all Co-op owners (those who have paid full or partial $100 get a 10% discount on in-store DGC purchases). The discount excludes Bootsie’s pop-up, but does include items from our small maker gift table.
The DGC is welcoming Bootsie’s Sauce Co. and their small batch hot sauces for a special pop-up at our store on Saturday, Dec. 3 (9:30-1). Guaranteed to put a wiggle in your scoot, their sauce flavors include Serrano Lime, Roasted Garlic Habanero, Fire Roasted Fresno, and XXtra Garlic Habanero. A collaboration of wife & husband team of Melanie Torvi and Grant Basile, Bootsie’s hot sauce adventure began with growing pepper varieties in their garden, making sauce from that yield and sharing with friends.
